Thanksgiving To-Go Meal Reheat Instructions:
Begin 30 minutes before you wish to serve your guests.
Please follow the suggested sequence below for an appropriately timed meal reheat.
Reheating times may vary. All hot food should be re-heated to 165˚F.

1. Roasted Turkey Breast
- Add ½ cup water to pan.
- Reheat covered with Aluminum Foil in a 350˚F oven for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
1. Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes
- Reheat covered in 350˚F oven for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with granola.
2. Cornbread & Sausage Stuffing
- Reheat covered with Aluminum Foil in a 350˚F oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with Cranberry Orange Chutney.
2. Optional Macaroni and Cheese
Prepare if you ordered this add-on to our regular meal- Reheat covered with Aluminum Foil in a 350˚F oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
- Reheat in heavy-bottomed pot over medium flame, stirring often.
- Garnish with the toasted pumpkin seeds & apple ginger crème fraiche
3. Turkey Gravy
- Heat over a low flame in a saucepot until hot.
4. Mixed Green Salad
- Slice pear/apple
- Add blue & cheddar cheeses and walnuts.
- Toss all ingredients with Champagne Vinaigrette.
- Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pie of Choice
- Reheat in a 350˚F oven for 10-15 minutes.
**TO AVOID ANY FOODBORNE ILLNESS YOU MUST REHEAT ALL FOOD ITEMS TO 165 DEGREES THROUGHOUT **
